- 1 chicken breast (boneless, skinless, chopped and cooked)
- 1 mango (peeled and pitted)
- 2 fl oz (1/4 cup) chicken stock
- 4 fl oz (1/2 cup) natural yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Dice the mango flesh, then purée in a food processor with the chicken stock, yogurt, and turmeric.
- Pour into a small saucepan and warm gently.
- Pour over the chopped chicken, mix well and serve with brown rice or couscous.
Note: particularly good for babies enjoying the texture.
