
Ingredients
· 1 sweet potato (medium size, cooked)
· 1 mango (peeled and pitted)
· Pinch cinnamon
· 1 tablespoon coconut milk (optional)
Preparation
· Mash the cooked sweet potato.
· Purée or finely chop the mango and stir into the sweet potato, together with a pinch of cinnamon.
· At this point, you can add coconut milk – it gives a great flavor. But it’s not necessary if you don’t have any on hand.
· Serve warm or cold.
